Entity ID Inquiry:

1. An Entity is defined as any party that has a legal interest in the real property. Examples of entities are the deed holder, mortgage lender, and real estate tax paying service.
2. An Entity ID is also known as an Owner ID and an Owner Entity.
3. One Entity ID may be associated with multiple properties.
4. The Entity ID is shown on the tax statement above the mailing address (show me where; see label F). Do not include any leading letters.
